libcqrlib2-dev software package provides Library and headers for quaternion arithmetic and rotation math, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcqrlib2-dev
libcqrlib2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcqrlib2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcqrlib2-dev *
You will get with libcqrlib2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
